Cabaret Cares continues with the cast of the hit Broadway revival of A Chorus Line on October 29 at 9:30PM at The Laurie Beechman Theatre.
The series was created in 2005 by Broadway Cares volunteer Joseph Macchia and raised over $9000.00 for Broadway Cares. After a brief hiatus Joseph decided to bring the series back this year to benefit two AIDS organizations Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS and Help Is On The Way Today.
Broadway Cares is the nation's leading industry based AIDS grant making organization. Help Is On The Way Today is a new grass roots AIDS organization which helps and assists children living with HIV and AIDS when government agencies fall short.
Cabaret Cares has had a array of Broadway and cabaret talent. The series kicked off with special guest JoAnne Worley, then came Peter Mac with Judy and Me, and then a sold-out night with the cast of Jersey Boys.
