Michael portrayed 'Whizzer'


Bio:
MICHAEL GRUBER (Whizzer) is happy to be working again with Director David Bell after an all too brief encounter during the Broadway production of A Change in the Heir at the Edison Theatre. Unfortunately, he had to leave after only two days of rehearsal due to the extension of the Broadway company of A Chorus Line in which he was performing the role of Mike Costa. Other Broadway credits include the original companies of both Miss Saigon and My Favorite Year. Michael is happy to be returning to Atlanta after playing Riff in West Side Story at the Fox in the summer of 1990. As a composer, he has been involved in a four year collaboration, with co-author Jennifer Allen, of an original musical play Hypatia, which will have its first reading this fall.
