Michael Gruber as Young Ben in ''Follies''
Michael portrayed 'Young Ben'.

Bio:
Michael Gruber (Young Ben) was last seen at Papermill as 'Don
Lockwood' in Singin' in the Rain (Cast recording). Other recordings
include 'Billy Lawlor' in 42nd Street and 'Tom Marlowe' in Good News!.
Broadway credits include 'Munkustrap' in the record-breaking company
of Cats (also in the upcoming release of the film version with Elaine
Paige). 'Tinman' in The Wizard of Oz (with Roseanne), original companies
of Miss Saigon and My Favorite Year, and 'Mike Costa' in the
Final Company of A Chorus Line.



For a short time, it looked as though this show might go to Broadway, but there
were some problems. Then it looked as though it might be recorded as part of the
PBS Great Performances series, but PBS was unable to obtain funding.
